Legislation Signed Into Law To Lethally Remove Sea Lions

Sea lions are suddenly on the Pacific Northwest’s Most Wanted List thanks to the legislation to protect salmon and steelhead from excessive sea lion predation in the Columbia River basin has been signed into law. This is a tremendous achievement for the CCA PNW chapters, and a true credit to the work of the region’s CCA members who have built an organization capable of moving federal legislation through a particularly contentious Congress. Congratulations to all the leadership of CCA Oregon that helped make this happen.
